Homebrew In the middle of a system transfer but I don't have hourglass9?

I really hope someone can help me out here today. I just bought the black Friday mario 3ds and I am trying to do a system transfer from my O3ds using only menuhax and luma at the moment. I am following the Dsiware downgrade guide and I get to a point that says.

5. "On the source 3DS, hold Start on boot to launch Hourglass9"

But I have to hold A in order to launch menuhax and get to the homebrew launcher to get to Luma. How can I access Hourglass9 by holding start? Can someone help me out here? I downloaded an Hourglass9.bin . . Do I do something with that?

You can only do so by installing a9LH on the source device

You need arm9loaderhax for that. So to launch Hourglass9, you'll have to launch it from browser or homebrewlauncher on sysNAND. I'm not sure about emuNAND.

It won't launch on emunand. It can't obtain the needed access on the latest firm. Although that may be different with the Luma SVC patch

I managed to get it into Hourglass9 but now I get this error message.

How can I fix this?

It says theres an error. I dont understand. Everyone said I can use Luma and menuhax to system transfer. I asked that here like 5 times. What am I doing wrong?

I know for a fact you can as for the baclup /restore process I'm not sure you use the method in the guide.
