Edit: Just before I passed out for the evening I stumbled upon
http://www.gbadev.org/tools.php?showinfo=179 might do it although I am not sure.
[...]
http://filetrip.net/f246-XGFlash-Driver-and-Software-2.html might have something but I doubt it (it looks to be original).
Unfortunately those programs are for the original XG Flash. I found those in my search and eagerly installed them only to find that they dont' work with the XGFlash 2 Turbo.

Assuming your battery still works (I know you can swap them) then
http://dl.qj.net/nintendo-ds/hacks-exploit...er-kit-v11.html might just work (early neo kit was old rebadged XG stuff which went some way to establishing their rep)- amusingly though if memory serves people were often directed to XG stuff for their GBA neoflash needs (although GBATA and flash advance toolkit can make up for a few things).
You are right though I can not find anything- even my old standby sites can not coming up with anything other than a few old installation guides.
Likewise the "GBA Magic USB" if that helps is also a clone of sorts although software might not work.
