Hacking IN NEED OF HELP.....ABOUT CPS2 ROMS ON RETROARCH .. HENkaku...?!

So i have got some cps2 roms working great.... & im hyped to finally have hacked my PSVita , im just curious i can only get the cps2 roms " WORLD " ones working .... not any Usa ,,.. Euro ones work which is a shame because there's tons of titles i want.....
So am i doing something wrong?
Is there a Region Switch in retroarch?
Or is there a way to convert them to " WORLD " Roms....?
Any Help or Advice ...Would be Welcome !

The problem is the set of roms. Always look for the old Final burn alpha roms.

Search the games in various sources.
