Gaming In a bit of a fix about which game to play....please help...?

I've decided to play a Pokemon ORAS rom hack and i have two choices-
Pokemon Rutile Ruby/Star sapphire
Pokemon Rising ruby/Sinking sapphire
the first one is by @Dio Vento and the second one is by @Drayano
I've played all of drayano's gen 4 hacks and they were excellent.
Can anyone please tell me which game is better? the one i should play?

Rutile Ruby is pretty much a harder version of the base game but all pokemon are still legit.
Rising Ruby is Harder, but at the same time you can also catch all 721 in game.
