Hello community!

Recently I started playing Pokemon Crystal and I wanted to trade Pokemon from my emulator save to my VC save. I created a backup from my VC Version and loaded that save with the emulator and it works fine. The only weird thing I noticed is that the time is different, but I guess thats normal when I play it with an emulator. Than I traded the Pokemon and tried to import the save at my VC version again but sadly it tells me the save is corrupt when I start Pokemon Crystal on my 3DS. Anyone have any tips for me?

Sorry for the bump, but i'm having the same problem, except with Pokemon Prism. No matter what I do, it always says it's corrupted.
