I'm guessing the one with link picking up the sword is supposed to be in 3D?
That's not how you make 3D pictures, bud. It's not that easy.

It seems the way you've attempted to make 3d images is by taking consecutive frames from a video and using them as the left and right images. This would only work if everything in the scene were stationary and the camera were panning around. Unfortunately though this is no the case and so you just seem to have a mess of characters moving that actually makes my eyes hurt. The only one that does work is the image if Link standing in front of a door.

is true that there are some pics with a bad 3d but in my opinion one of the ganondorf images , link taking the sword ,adult link and the monster opennig the mouth looks well
