NOTE: This news is probably 2 days old to some people, I'm just posting this for anyone uninformed. Imageepoch, the developer behind the Luminous Arc series, Criminal Girls and the recently released Stella Glow is now officially bankrupt and out of business. Imageepoch is well known for developing some great RPGs released for the Nintendo DS, 3DS, PS3, PSP and Vita. Imageepoch, along with their affiliate company Smile Online Games had over $11 million worth of debt from their creditors and struggled to pay it off. Let's just hope that this will be the last studio that go bust this year.
