Hacking I'm wanting to run USA games on a EUR n3DS. What do I need to do?

As the title states, I want a European new 3DS console to run USA games. What do I need to do, and what will my limitations be on the modded New 3DS?

If you have Cubic Ninja/A flashcart with Cubic Ninja and your 3DS version is at 9.0-9.9, you can use Ninjhax 2 or RegionFOUR. There aren't really any limitations.

What version id your n3ds? If it is 9.2 or less there are a few options, 9.3 or above then just ninjahax 2.0

So things like online, eshop, and all that would work? Could I download USA Eshop purchases that Ive already made?

Only gamecards will work with that method. 9.3 and higher, you can't do region-free Eshop purchases afaik.
