Homebrew Im using rxTools and i only can use .cia version, how can i use 3dsx?

I want to use 3dsx format because i want to install pchex but i dont know how to do it since i only have rxtools emunand and bigblue to inject .cia , can someone help me?

Do i need a homebrew to those formats? and is there a homebrew via .cia or something?

Install themehax to emunand or a cia of cubic ninja for easy instalation of the homebrew launcher. You could also use browserhax on sysnand or in emunand if your version is compatible.

And I have a guide on my siganture called the homebrew launcher all in one guide that can help with setting up most entrypoints.
There's not a working homebrew launcher cia atm.
