Homebrew I'm trying to play pokemon adventure red chapter beta 13 on mgba

But the real time clock feature doesn't work. It just stays on 12:00:00. I asked over on poke community forums and they didn't really know. Said it was probably the emulator. Does anyone here know how to fix this?

Assuming that's a gba romhack, gba injection will be your best friend. Runs most gba games perfectly with little to no emulation issues since it uses native hardware. Try this injector and making sure to tick the "rtc" option https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-ultimate-gba-vc-injector-for-3ds.438057/

Can say from experience rom hacks with a fire red rombase do not run rtc correctly with vc injection or mgba. The day and night system that most rom hackers implement wont work. You will be stuck with incorrectly working clock or the game will be constantly nightime. @Bryon15 Use gpsp 1.3.3 retroarch.
It seems to be the only solution ive found
