there were some (maybe outdated) rumors that it's possible to use cards larger than 32GB, but (maybe) with additional adventures:
possible:

adventures:
https://gbatemp.net/threads/what-is...with-hiyacfw-and-dsimenu.509491/#post-8929150

there is also (maybe outdated) rumor that there is a loss in the initial loading speed:
https://gbatemp.net/threads/will-a-128-gb-micro-sd-card-work-on-the-dsi.542713/#post-8703567
which is also fixable by adventures:
https://gbatemp.net/threads/will-a-128-gb-micro-sd-card-work-on-the-dsi.542713/#post-8703747

and dsi.cfw.guide also says that it's possible to use large (and even mega-huge) cards, but again with adventures

I'm using a 16gb card with like half full. I know the supercard dstwo supports up to 32gb. Not sure about dsi, but it may be a system limit.

Hello. Officially it supports SD card up to 32 gb maximum (the one I use, more than enough). I'll let others answer whether it unofficially supports larger sizes (which is highly likely). 🤔
The only statistical limit is 2 TB, which is the biggest size one could make a FAT32 partition.
However, I encourage @DeadSkullzJr to tell to the public the same message he brought down privately in a discord channel. He may convince you to not use such a big SD card size.

i only buy new ones when theres a new standard and I have gear that uses it. Otherwise my cables seem to last forever.

I like electronics that use detachable cables, that way if the cable breaks you can just swap in a new one instead of replacing the whole unit

most battery operated mice don't even work anymore if the internal battery dies

the L hdmi adapters work great on my tv and receiver. so much less stress on the ports using them than regular cables. in that instance anyway.
