Homebrew Im thinking of getting a9lh. Anything i need to know?

well he did say have space for a few games as well, i took that into account as well

If you want to, sure. By the way, if you have emuNAND installed, about 1.1 gigabytes are hidden from you, so you should:
1.) Backup everything on your SD card somewhere safe.
2.) Use emuNAND9 to format your SD card without emuNAND, freeing up that space.
3.) Follow this guide, starting wherever is necessary (I.E., part one, two, three, etc.). GUIDE: https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Part-1-(Homebrew).
4.) Be part of the A9LH master race.

Ueah, I just linked to part one for simplicity's sake. I started on part four.

Yeah, but it's a lot of stuff like this:

1.) Press A on "Decrypt9WIP".
2.) Select "SysNAND Options".
3.) Select "NAND Backup".
4.) Dump to sysNAND.bin.

When it could have just said:

1.) Open Decrypt9WIP and make a sysNAND backup.

A LOT of that. But hey, the whole point is to be thorough so less mistakes are made.

If you follow it to the word you shouldn't have too many problems, i was scared too but I just made sure i did everything the guide told me to and everything went fine.

Also, get some sleep! I would be unwise to install A9LH while tired, you'd probably make some kind of mistake!

Does Decrypt9 check to see if there is enough space left on the SD to dump the NAND and warn you, or does it just fail when it runs out?

As the title states i am interested into gettingn a9lh and all the amazing features it provides is there anything in particular that i need to know about it before i procceed? Also how much space do i need to have into my sd ? I have a small one atm (16gigs) with little space (3,8gigs)

Anything you need to know?
1. It can give you FAST CFW boot speed. SysNAND fast. That fast.
2. You can brick your 3DS while downgrading to 2.1.
3. You can have an Updated sysNAND
4. You can brick your 3DS while installing arm9loaderhax through the .3dsx.
5. You can use Decrypt9 on FWs > 9.2
6. You can brick your 3DS while restoring a sysNAND backup after getting your OTP.
7. You cannot boot your 3DS into the home menu without an SD Card if you have installed arm9loaderhax
8.You can brick your 3DS if you touch it.
