I'm Sorry, But Sky3DS Is Superior

I've changed my mind and want to aplogize to all the Sky3DS user from the bottom of my heart. You were right and Gateway believers were wrong. Sky3DS is better because it works on all firmware.

not another one of these threads. gateway can work on all firmwares on old 3ds emunand. And on a new 3ds you can spoof firmware. Gateway allows a lot more. Sky is like a flip phone, which can call people, while gateway is a smartphone, which can do a lot more than calling/texting. If you already updated sysnand though, than sky is your only option.

Your right Jwiz33. The problem is that you can do all alot more with Roxis CFW. So, also, if your smart you back up your NAND. Even if you update you would have your backed up NAND, a hard mod, and a Sky. If your a Gateway fan, than I'm sorry.

instructions unclear; i closed my sky3ds like a clamshell to turn off the game, "hinge" was hard to close but is now broken and it doesn't work anymore, now half of the card is stuck inside my 3ds, can't remove it, 3ds is now catching fire, i ain't no sky3ds technician but i think it did a short circuit
someone help

well i don't know about your kids, but my kids just magically transformed a extreme capacity micro sd card into sand...
they said they "lost it" but i don't believe them.. they know witchcraft...

Sky 3ds works on all firmwares. Besides that, Gateway is better in every way possible. (Game support, unsigned can be loaded, cheaper, comes with ds cart too, none of this template bullshit, just put the roms on and play them, downgrades support, emunand, firmware spoof, and more)

Why would I really want to? I have a psp and a phone that can run emulators and shitty indie games a lot better than a 3ds will. The only real appeal of either device is playing pirated games and id rather play them without having to firmware spoof or emunand. Plus with ninjhax 2.0 you can boot that with cubic ninja on sky3ds and get most of the features gateway has if its that big of a deal.

That being said I own neither and don't plan on buying any

Lol, no hate pls, that was only my POV as a noobie coder. I don't even use emulators, I only use it for the fun to test things you have created in a real console and run amazing hombrew that people like smea does. And btw, when I posted that ninjhax2 hadn't been released, so no ways to run unsigned things past 9.2 sysnand were available.
