2: on emunand, and I use NH1.1 to Access FBI.
3: The H&S icons disappear on plain sysnand.

Oh...my...god... It's working now.

All I had to do is open up a duplicate H&S icon, and FBI worked... I'm such a stupid prick! :P

Okay so you had a random duplicate H&S app on emunand?
If it doesn't appear on sysnand clean mode means it has FBI injected in it.

btw did you format a new emunand after you updated to 9.2 or kept one from 6.1.0 that you updated to 10.3?

I had this issues before, my solution was.

RunPasta CFW in SYSNAND
Open HBC
Install the FBI CIA via FBI
Create EMUNAND
EMUNAND now has FBI on titles list and it works
