No. One time I was sick so I looked up how to make those origami paper cranes and made about 150 of them. To this day I still remember how to make them because of how many I made that day.

One time, my friend and I stayed inside on a beautiful summer day and played Phantasy Star Online for the gamecube for about 11 hours. It was fun, but we both felt completely disgusted after the fact. We went outside and played sports and stuff the next day. Just do something somewhat wholesome with your time tomorrow, and it should be all good. The feeling usually goes away and it leaves you with a fun memory.
