I'm bored, out of ideas, and annoyed.

There is this REALLY stubborn file on my computer, clicking properties it will show numbers and file size increasing, until it hits around 120k files and 890 folders, my virus and malware scanner picks up nothing, my registry fixer clearly ignores it, and I am unable to delete it.

There are no error messages when attempting to delete it, just the standard recycle bin image with flying pages, however no progress is being made.(Moving green status bar)

Everything on google has been tried. Almost everything at least. Help some one out here.

Turn off system restore (google or windows help to find out how)

Boot up in safe mode (F8 after the bios, I believe)

Delete the file.

Also, this file has been been with me forever, it does not cause much harm, however significantly slow down my scans due to the huge amount of 0KB files in them.

Thanks for all who tried to help so far.

Will you give me mouth to mouth oxygen if my throat closes?
  • K3N1 @ K3N1:

  • K3N1 @ K3N1:

I could also yank out the rest of my teeth but theirs professionals for that
  • x65943 @ x65943:
If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
  • JuanMena @ JuanMena:
    Just kiss me Kyle.
  • x65943 @ x65943:
You either need to be intubated to bypass obstruction or create a stoma inferior to the the area of obstruction to survive
  • x65943 @ x65943:
"Just kiss me Kyle." And I thought all the godreborn gay stuff was a smear campaign

Seems like, your PSU was waiting for a partner.
  • JuanMena @ JuanMena:
