...complete authority over the gaming industry for one day, what changes would you make, what would you do to improve it?

Everyone always talks and complains about things the companies do and how they would do it better, so what would YOU do in their place?

This started yesterday with me and my brother discussing this and I'm curious to hear what the resident Tempers have to say on the subject, if anything.

Also: saying "give games away" isn't acceptable because it's entirely impractical and would put the game companies out of business, crashing the game industry and therefore not really improving it, right?

I will also accept "i wouldn't change anything" but I'd like to know why.

remove all "loading" screens.

i think i've wasted half my life for the bloody game to load. just one more reason the ds is better than the psp.

I have to agree with you on that.
I love the Elder Scrolls games to death but the loading screens kill me. Luckily the game is good enough that I can deal, if not happily, with them.
