That's not necessarily true. There is no way to tell how they ban you. That's why most people just say that as soon as you flashed your 360, you run the risk.

Yes nobody knows exactly how MS detects and bans people, if we did someone would have found a way to avoid being banned by now. Ive even heard of people being banned for having fan mods on their 360, and not even a flashed drive. So MS must use multiple ways of detecting modifications so they can ban people.
