If I delete a game off of Gateway, will the save still be there?

Assuming the game is Card1 (which I think Devil Survivor 2 is), the save'll be on your 3DS SD card. So if you delete the .3ds file, your save is safe.

All Card1 games that are run from GW red cart will have their .sav files stored on root of console sd card with filename as their game id.
They are GW encrypted and not as same as the .sav files got through other means (like SaveDataFiler). So they will only work with GW red cart games.

Slightly off-topic but how do you know which is card1 and card2?

Also is this relevant for sky3ds?
