Hacking If i can run homebrew on my Wii is it modded ?

I have been following one of the sticky guides here and got a error on the WAD Installing bit every time, so, i tried homebrew from the internet and it worked (w00t)

Does that mean my Wii is able to play burned games if i was to install the loader?
