Hacking If I boot into normal firmware from SX OS can I buy an eShop game without being banned?

I want to buy the Jackbox to play with friends today but I also don't want to get banned. I guess I could put in a fresh micro SD card when I boot into normal firmware if necessary.

Pretty sure no one knows for certain and there is a serious ban risk. The logs will show you have (probably) used homebrew or such. Personally I wouldn't expect it not to ban me.

Well technically YES, becasue I have done so both on OFW after SX OS and from CFW.
We really dont know what Nintendo can and cannot see to a full extent.
So while it might be doable.... is it a wise thing? Meh we really can not say.

Personally Im just rolling with it as I am only using personal and private dumped games with certs etc included.
If that ever leads to an issue I will report on it here. But for now and since day 1 of SX OS, I haven't had any issues. bans or etc.

Thanks. If they had a physical release of the game I'd probably just go pick it up from Bestbuy or something. I decided to just buy it on Steam and bring my laptop to the party since people can control the game with their phones.

Well many ways to Rome right

But in the long run just think out loud and if your actions make sense, go for it.
When in doubt, pop it in the forums here and as a lot has been tried already you will still likely get an answer.
If that does not help/happen in any way ... well it might just be best to stay of something just yet.

I myself am staying a bit away from the whole NSP part as well we dont know everything just yet.
And having backups of those ... well it is nice ... but I am fine with having them later in the Switch lifecycle really.
