If 10 Million Preorder Game for $1, Charity Loses (But Still Wins

@Hells Malice, they're Polish, seeing as PayPal changes the language to Polish at checkout. I decided to just spend a dollar anyways. The game looks pretty awesome, and even though there's like a 0.01% chance 10 million people will actually pre-order the game, it's still going to charity, which is always great.

They should give 90% of the pre-orders to Charity if it hits the 10M mark, they'd still be walking away with a cool million.. Pretty good for an indie dev, & people would have much more incentive to pre-order if they knew 90% of the proceeds go to charity.

Give me a possibility of getting it for something else instead of just PC and I'll pre-order it straight away. PC only isn't that bad and I could play it on my PC/laptop, but I'd prefer PS3. Also like I posted in the other topic, Dead Space for example hasn't sold 6 million in total including all platforms and Dead Space 1, 2 and Extraction. And this is basically a game very close to that type of game, ie. Horror shooter.

They know they wont get 10 Million, but they will get a decent amount.
That way, they still get plenty of money and charity get a decent amount.
Just consumers pay more.

Hmmm, every 1 in 690 people in the world have to buy this game for it to hit 10 million, sounds pretty hard. I'm not even interested in the game but if I see it hit about 9 million I'll probably donate $1 anyway.

No way in hell this is going to happen. 1 million is ballsy. 10 million is just insane. Not the good insane like jumping out of a helicopter strapped to a snowboard to shred down the alps like a badass, but the bad insane like holding up a national bank demanding $100K in unmarked pennies using nothing but a pink dildo and a football helmet.

Sure, my country may be small, but we already have a lot of people for it's size, and it's only a bit over 10millions... Everyone in my country would have to buy the game for that work for example. o.O
There is roughly 7.016.786.955 people in the world, 500.314.706 people in Europe... It'll be a though goal to achieve. =3

The point is for people to want to try and get that number so the most money goes to charity. If anything it's very kind of them to choose such an outrageous number, knowing that even most big name games don't sell 10 million.
