Hacking Iedge 2.2 firmware .sav problem advisory

I have both iEDGE and EDGE, there's no problem with the latter. Stop posting if you haven't tested anything on it. iEDGE is the only one with the problem if you don't have your games at the root of your card.

i try iEDGE and EDGE in 2.2

EDGE erase a sav (hopefully i tested only one game)
iEDGE = make a great "mess up" and broke my microSD

i need to format the microSD and i loose everything on it!

it's enough for you?

I see nobody here "breaking" their micro sd's like you do. I am currently playing on my EDGE on 2.2 and my saves are working perfectly fine even if my games are in folders.

Darn it, what kind of argument is that?!? I'm just saying what that the EDGE on 2.2 doesn't have any problems on their saves. I'm playing Harvest Moon atm so I save a lot, don't tell me they don't work cause they do. Geez.

No one does. Duh. Whatever dude, if someone here have some trouble with their EDGE(not iEDGE) using the 2.2 firmware except for you, let me know.

well, i am also using EDGE and iEDGE, and i'd have to say i already lost a couple of good saves with 2.2, and all of my games are in folders. like /Games folder on the root directory. so yeah, i'd see why bitonio and you wouldn't see eye to eye on that. plus you pretty much bit his head off a few posts back, so i can see why he's all up in your face now. seriously, where's all this hostility coming from? :/

Maybe the files on the EDGE website have been changed since some people discover sav problem!

The thread creator said he/she fixed it by putting games in the root, he/she didn't say any problem since then.

i wonder what went wrong with that... i downgraded to 2.1 until further notice. i hope they get around to fixing this quickly.

Many people from FRANCE have the same "SAV" problem!

EDGE is a real bad TEAM !!!

Yeah the sav's wont load up if there in a folder but dont worry it should be fixed soon (2.3 I hope).

yea, tested myself and has problems with save. Got the file from the team itself. Hopefully they will adress this issues fast. Myself, i stopped selling them as long as the firmware wont work properly.

Too bad there is no def file that can be replace instead of the whole firmware.
