Detox from video games and computer
And I'm pretty sure 90% of tempers though about it, right?

But at the same time, it might be a waste of time I could've used to get better at video games
Because you know, those who go to detox of alcohol, one more drink and they fall back
same with drugs, gambling and such...
So I guess if I play only a half hour of video game after that detox, will I fall back?
Serious debate in my head right now :(

Why do you think you need to "detox"?

Generally it is advised people do it when it (something not chemically addictive) is either taking over their lives, causing them ill effects (which can include becoming a fat bastard as you spend all day on a chair) or they find themselves unable to function without doing the action. It is perfectly possible for people to play computer games and use a computer their entire lives and only have it enrich them, indeed I would expect it to be the majority. If you read something less than about 200 words long and think it matches you then there is a reason pop psychology lifestyle websites are looked down upon.

While not a full battery of questions and the answers you give will want to be interpreted by someone that knows then
Have you ever put off going out with friends or family to spend time online/playing games? How often if so.
Do you feel in some way bad if you don't check for updates on forums/social media/chat groups/...?
Have you forced your way through pain to go online? Normally this is asked for RSI (syndrome du canal carpie if you prefer French) but can say things here too.
Do you go long periods without eating, drinking or showering because of it?

Most of these will want to be either consistent behaviours or high risk behaviours? Being 5 to 10 minutes late for dinner occasionally because you wanted to reply/finish watching a broadcast is nothing major, finding a day where you had nothing planned gone and you only spent it clicking around is not bad either. Getting a shiny new game and doing that rather than something you find incredibly boring and unimportant with your friends (if my friends phoned up and said we are going wine tasting this evening and I just got landed with a shiny new Elder Scrolls game or something then that would be fine for me as I don't care for wine, if I missed the trip to the annual motorbike show with them the day after then that is a different matter).

Reversion to bad habits can happen. Typically it will be if you don't develop other healthy coping/handling mechanisms and instead think just cutting it out will be enough.

Previously you have mentioned being diagnosed autistic. In that case you probably have someone you talk to from time to time about it all, or that you can call up and get an appointment talk to. They will be versed in such things as well. Furthermore it might be an aggravating factor -- one of the more prominent criteria in autism is a marked difficulty in understanding human interactions, real world socialising and such. Computers, and games for them, then provide a predictable, "easy" to understand... means of interaction and people generally take the easy route where they can.

That was a very well written reply and as always very informative. We may have very different opinions on certain subjects or shall we say the use of certain words lol. But it would be wrong of me not to acknowledge the fact that you are a master wordsmith who I find going into battle against almost impossible .

I could use FAST at this very moment to put into words just how upset and disgusted I am with someone on this site right now.

To me, fair friend, you never can be old,
For as you were when first your eye I eyed,
Such seems your beauty still. Three winters cold
Have from the forests shook three summers’ pride,
Three beauteous springs to yellow autumn turned
In process of the seasons have I seen,
Three April perfumes in three hot Junes burned,
Since first I saw you fresh, which yet are green.
Ah, yet doth beauty, like a dial-hand,
    Steal from his figure, and no pace perceived;
So your sweet hue, which methinks still doth stand,
Hath motion, and mine eye may be deceived:
For fear of which, hear this, thou age unbred:
Ere you were born was beauty’s summer dead.
