My idea - True factory reset Homebrew.

You load this using Homebrew Launcher and it will factory reset everything and replace all ios and CIOS so the Homebrewed Wii is truly factory reset with all Homebrew removed and perfectly ready for the Wii guide, not just "system menu factory reset" but truly reset from all modifications.

What do you think?

Could someone make this? How difficult is it to make?

Potentially dangerous.
With BootMii in boot2 there is the possibility to (pretty safely) restore a virgin NAND image created with Ohneschwanzenegger.

Why would anyone want to remove all mods if the system is modded, specially if it was bought that way. Doing so might result in a bricked system if the file system was somehow corrupted..

The case would be if they got a used Wii that was homebrewed a very long time ago and now everything they had is outdated or unknown and the guide causes errors so they just want to have a good base to start the guide from that will not give any errors I think. That is my situation right now actually. I am getting CIOS sphagetti errors.

Drag+Drop Syscheck file into ModMii.
It should provide everything needed to update outdated mods (which is far less dangerous than trying to remove stuff). Especially when System Menu or its IOS is involved.

The "start from scratch"-thing isn't really good in many cases.

Solution to CIOS sphagetti in PriLoader Wii - fixed worked solved solution - Use ModMii (the non skin version), open it in administrator mode by right clicking and selecting administrator mode, Type I Agree, Type SU, drag drop your SysCheck to the ModMii blue window and hit enter, it will download and do it's thing, copy the files it makes to your SD card, do the WAD part of the guide FIRST, THEN do the priloader part of the guide and it will install the priloader. Warning, this is dangerous because you are without priloader installed, but it is the only way to fix the priloader Sphagettic CIOS error problem.

What for CIOS spaghetti? That's totally new for me.
Priiloader installer refuses to work in some cases for safety reasons. When having messed with the normal IOS (low numbers, don't know the details) Priiloader won't install. Example a Wii modded with DarkCorp.

The error message is a bit strange.
