Edit: files are in png format, make sure to unzip them to your icon directory.
the screenshot looks crappier than what it really looks. I'm Sorry for that.

I can't seem to get the icons to work with version 2.45. Any ideas?

I can't seem to get these to work either - put them in my icons folder in DSOrganise and it still shows the default.

Ah, found the answer - you've got to put them in a subdir inside the icons folder, not just in the icons folder.
