Iconoclasts makes its way to the Nintendo Switch next week

The underrated indie platformer Iconoclasts will be headed to the Switch soon, as announced today. On August 2, you'll be able to play the game, which originally launched for PC and PlayStation systems, on the Switch. Iconoclasts is a mix of Metroidvania type exploration, and puzzle platforming. The Switch version will also get an exclusive boss rush mode, as well as a harder difficulty option.

Currently got my review copy. Install size is INSANE: 165 MB. I can't believe how optimized and small it got. Early impressions say it's a smooth play, no crashes or glitches and it feels natural on the Switch. Feels like Owlboy (graphically) meets Teslagrad (atmospherically) with a healthy dose of "something fucked up is going on here and no one is talking about it." Really invested, can't wait to see how it plays out.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
