    Would it be possible for a Wii to burn stuff onto a blank CD?
    It would be cool, because I know that it can burn onto SD cards and USBs
    Is it possible?

    The wii has no DVD burner, so no it can't do that.

    Also, it doesn't "burn" SD and USB, just write them. Pretty much any SD/USB reader can do that.

    The Wii can't even read CD's (regular or burned).

    In theory it is possible with an external USB CD burner and some software.

    considering that both wodim and growisofs are available for powerpc
    I think cd/dvd burning via usb would really work

    Would love to try it just for fun but I don’t have my pata/usb bridge any more
