Like I said, a "noob filter" would have prevented this topic from even appearing (although admittedly if such a thing were possible, it would be pretty cool).
Also, he's a global moderator, he has the power to see your IP (and that of other members). Oh and he also has the power to ban you. I think any non-"noob" would know all about the various member ranks, and the positions of authority.
