ROM Hack I was wandering if people could edit games

I was playing ouendan 1 yesterday and got pwned by RSG for the5 time in the row and while watching the opening for RSG i wandered if somebody could change or edit Ouendan 1 so you can skip openigs like in EBA and OUendan 2 could it be done and could people add there own songs too Is it even possible

It is possible.
Someone made an AR code to automatically m=play the songs in Ouendan.
