why dont you find out lol its not hard to open itunes and check then to start a thread..

My pc crashed, my pa brought it away...

including my iTunes. My iPod entered dfu mode and my friend said, firmware on it done. He gave it back and yeah I do not have any apps

I do not want to waste my money too.

Just press the purchase button, and iTunes will tell you that you have already bought it, and it will ask you if you want to redownload it (for free, of course). Same goes for in-app purchases.
