I have been using my new 2DS XL with cfw and many games installed, but now I am getting a new 3DS XL and I was searching for some way to move the old data to a new machine.

I just know that just using 3DS System Transfer won't work. I can install cfw myself onto the new machine, but I was looking for some way to move all the games and other data easier rather than rebuilding up .cias for everything and using JKSM.

I really want to know if there's any possible way to make my wish come true. Please help!

Solution
Hack the target system first. Back up tickets on source 3DS before transfer, install them on the target 3DS after transfer.
GM9 Megascript (included with newer GM9 versions) should have a script to back up tickets, they can be reinstalled with FBI.

@BeanMKW either your card reader is broken or you need to use a different port, unless the sd card itself is busted
  • FlareReZ @ FlareReZ:
Try using a different SD card or a different USB port.
