ROM Hack I want to make sure this is ok ds lite to update my flash card

Ok I placed the flash card in the davice and it told me to injeck the card then re-enter it in the system I did then it said

Ak2I frimeware update (3dsv1)

chip Id 0fc2 HW: 4444
This catridge can't be updated


Is it alredy 3ds compadable now so it well run on my 3ds ?

HW 44/4444 can't be updated for the 3DS yet.
