Hello. It is very simple just take your sd2vita card or which ever storage device you have the your data on and put it into your new vita. upload all your save files to PS plus if you have it just in case and then re-download them and sign into your PSN account you use for the Henkaku hack.

I may be wrong but it should be as simple as that. You may just have to re do the cmd part again with you new vita i am not sure.
