Both are good. Get whichever one you prefer (I prefer the first one, since there are n3DS exclusive features and you can buy another faceplate whenever you want a new look for the system, and it's also cheaper). Only thing is to make sure they're still in the box.

I'd recommend not buying one that already has EmuNAND/A9LH as you gain more experience while installing it IMO.

That bundle has been known to come with 10.7. As long as it's unopened, you have no worries.

Ive been reading lot of thing about hacking 3ds and i really want to get free games and stuff its so cool and saves my money. I want to buy from amazon but i don't know if the system will be on version 11 or not because all of you says like to be away from 11. what is my best option ?

I should have put "and stuff" and "its so cool" in the same point because it's absolutely not cool to have to look for a *hax game using orange buttons then launch it, waste time, it fails to boot homebrew 5% of the time, then only the homebrew the user wanted to boot will be chosen... when on a CFW, there would just be an icon on the home menu thanks to CIAs

I want * CIA games, CIA applications "It's so cool"* A9lh wich i can boot what i want ;-;* I don't want flashcart for games because it's dangerous to play online as what i read around.* And Stuff ( I mean like themes and like that ) including homebrew to play my fav emulat games. also to mod my saves file.

Not only that but, very rarely do sellers include the necessary files needed to restore the NAND in case of a softbrick. If you buy a used one, PLEASE inquire about the backup NAND files and the A9LH payload files.
