im developing Emergency twin and im getting really jittery.

apparently this guy permanetly changed the region on his 3ds. just look.

This sounds like something I wouldn't risk doing personally. Since it leaves your firmware intact, you're sort of creating a franken3DS, sort of like on the Wii where you could use AnyRegionChanger to change the language of stuff, but you'd softbrick the Wii because the firmware couldn't load the menu properly, if you didn't also reinstall the system menu.

lol, that's simply the country setting in your profile...
that is no region change... let alone permenant region change...

chaning regions is more involved than changing the country option in your profile, funny what the noobs at reddit are saying though: 'japan hype' - embarrassing
