you have a new motion plus remote, which is not compatible with certain HB. get an older remote, and use modmii to hack it correctly, please.
I'm not going to follow your posts here until you brick it, so listen to reason, dude..

Yea, somethings *ucked up, so I would go messing anything more until you get that older remote and a 2GB SD card (blank)
use modmii, it'll ask you questions about your wii, answer them correctly, and it'll generate a guide for you to print out.
modmii runs from your PC, it dl's all files you need, including an updated HBC

I can already see where your headed, and its nowhere fast.
Did you install modmii on your computer? Once installed on your computer,
Run modmii, not the .exe of modmii, but the modmii PROGRAM icon on your desktop.
Now follow all the questions modmii will ask of you.
"What do i do on the GC after I install modmii on the card? ...........WTF are you asking, dude?
Go get someone from the village like an elder who may have a brain and let them take over.
Honestly, its 2am you need to sleep.

I was asking what to do once Modmii installed the files onto the SD card, but I already did that and re installed on my Wii and still no luck, regular Wii mode still does not work.
Im at 4.2 right now should I upgrade to 4.3 even tho 4.2 is recommended?

can you access the HBC? with the indiana game?
Once there, SD card in, there should be an app in HBC called Multi mod manager.
goto that. now follow the modmii guide you should've printed out and do what it says
STAY ON 4.2 OR YOU'LL NEED A EXPLOIT DISC

If you have access to modmii@boot2 why not restore a backup?
And make a curent one if you didn't already!

Did you reinstall sysmenu + sysmenuIOS during modmii?
If not thats what I would go for.

    edit:
bootmii can't do anything with wiimotes
hbc can't do the initial sync (red button) afaik

    Phew...some info.

For starters, ddetkowski is right on the technical things...and Psyblade as well. I just want to know what happened on your end, Chadius.

For bootmii itself (this picture, it is PERFECTLY NORMAL that you can't sync your wiimote with it. It's built that way. Navigate the different options with 'power' and select your option with 'reset' (short presses).

I've got to admit I have no idea why your wii won't boot unless you've got Indiana Jones in your drive. What does it do with another disc inserted?

Once in the Homebrew channel, what version do you have? 1.1.0 is the latest (check the upper right), but pretty much any version will do. It's not possible to sync your wiimotes in pretty much any screen but the system menu or the "press A to continue" screen*, so that's not really an option.

osm70's question is also a bit my next question: do you have priiloader installed? In other words...if you press and hold the reset button while the power is off, then turn on your wii...does the priiloader menu start?
If so...make sure that no hacks but the ones you know for sure what they do are enabled.

(IMPORTANT: priiloader works by copying your system menu to another memory location, then installing itself over the main system menu -> whenever you start the system menu, you really start priiloader. It usually doesn't look that way because priiloader usually redirects you to that other memory location. However, in case things go bad - and this sounds like such a situation - this kind of detail may matter).

*for some reason, it's also possible in the title screen of NSMBW. There may be more screens, but not that I know of.

The OP has the priiloader hack that forces the wii to start up in recovery mode. Use a gamecube controller to disable the recovery mode hack in priiloader.

I am successfully hacked and Wii mode is now working but when I boot into HBC with a USB in the slot with games on it and if I take out the USB all mt icons appear. I know this usb stick works because I have played games on it before.
My USB is formatted to fat32 32kb and HBC still wont work while its plugged in any ideas?

I think that HBC is set to read from USB.

once in the HBC, press "1" choose to read from SD card, instead of usb.
Then the HBC will boot whats on the SD card instead of USB
