I think my mom's camera is messed up.

    It's a Kodak EasyShare DX4530, when the camera is on, the preview screen is just black, and when I take a picture, it's black, and yes, the lens cap is off, though it seems like the lens cap IS in fact on... Could the lens be broken? Can I do something to factory reset it to possibly fix it?

    The LCD screen may not be connected. Has it always been like this?

    I changed the second image, I accidentally pasted the same link.

    EDIT: I'm also assuming it's the lens because if I put my grandpa's SD card in from his Canon, you can look at those pictures using that screen.
