I was trying to see if I could fix a problem with my wifi not working on my PSP. I disassembled the PSP all the way to the wifi chip. Then I pried the chip a little to see if it just pulled away or if it was soldered on. Well I didn't pry very hard, but I heard a bunch of tiny little snaps all at once and the wifi chip came up to reveal about a hundred little circles on the PCB with matching circles on the bottom of the chip. Does this mean I just ruined my wifi for good? Also, will my PSP work with this damage done? Wifi isn't that important to me, so I don't mind not being able to use it, as long as I can use my PSP. Any advice is appreciated!
