when i first got my ttds off of shoptemp it worked fine.
a few days later it was turning my ds off during game play.
that stopped then about one week later it started acting up as to the point where i had to plug it in and i could turn it on or off.
after that fiasco it worked nicely for a while.
now today while i was playing my kingdom hearts 358/2 days (U) roma after my mission with larxene my ds screen top ds screen turned black and the bottom one turned white with lines

can somebody please help me fix my ds

And you just bought a bullshit like TTDS and no Acekard2i? [IMG]

Try the DS without that shit of flashcard.

PD: In this forum is about to talk about Shoptemp, no about talk about your DS is broke.

Go to NDS - Flashcarts and Accessories then DSTT / TopToy DS section to ask the problem of your flashcart..

Sounds like contact issue. But you should post this in DSTT forum.

    1. Backup all data on micro sd
    2. Format micro sd
    3. re-download the latest firmware for the TTDS
    4. Replace the other firmware with this one
    5. Put all files back on the micro sd

Naah, I also think it's a contact issue.
Also, the problem he describes, well, I'm almost certain that it's not a firmware issue tbh.

Not your DS, I believe it is the TTDS/DSTT as it happened to be when I got my ttds and then I reformatted and it still happened, so I got an R4 and voila, problem fixed.

I don't see how it is killed by fake-killer. Especially he got it from ShopTemp, which I'm sure they sell legit one. Not only that he was able to play for a while before DS shuts down.

Actually, that's how the fake-killer works. It makes random writes to where it stores its firmware until too many blocks become unusable.

If it had stopped working instantly, then you could then call it user error. As it is, this does in fact look like ShopTemp may have shipped him a TTDS which the firmware read as fake (it can happen- even with real TTDS carts!).

Personally I would talk to ShopTemp support. If the cart is defective, I'm sure that they will ship you a replacement.
