I saw Tenacious D

I just saw them in concert. It was awesome. The crowd was so into it and everybody was singing. And when the Fenix rose, loudest place I've ever been to lol. It was a great concert, totally worth going. The band left, then came back for one more song with just Kage and JB, and they sang for us, Fuck Her Gently. Everybody was singing it was amazing.

The only downside is I wish they would have played Master Exploder for the opening. During the concert they started to play the beginning of the song, but switched to another song, I was choked!

Anybody going to any of their other concerts?

I don't see how any of that song is unplayable. Perhaps you just think it's because of the extreme over-exaggeration they used as KG switched guitars.

Well it's good to see GBAtemp still keeps its proper ratio of funny to unfunny people here.

If any 12 year old gets all the stuff they parody then I'd be surprised. They make fun of the golden age of metal and hard rock. They're funny and talented.

I considered myself to be a fairly well educated 12 year old.

I don't have a problem with the band itself, half of their stuff just sucks to me.

Well you answered but decided to edit in "Well they suck". Editing in something doesn't make it any more or less valid.

Also it's easy to have a bad opinion, a lot of people here have it. To take the quote from my signature, I know it's your opinion but your opinion is wrong.

I don't mind opinions. Opinions are fine. But please expound on those opinions.

"Also they suck" is at best a comment just to get your post count up (if that's the only thing you post), at the worst it's just an inflammatory comment to get fans of the band riled up. A pathetic attempt at trolling.

If you were to maybe say "I think Tenacious D sucks because their songs are like the Michael Bay movies of music. No substance, only lyrical explosions and dick jokes." Then I would take your comment a bit more seriously.

I also think Tenacious D is awesome because of above said things. Just Saiyan.
