I take what ModchipCentral say with a grain of salt. For all I know they could be trying to cover their ass by saying it's legit, when it is actually a clone. Either that, their suppliers supplied them clone cards.
Also, yes I did Googled clone gateway card, and that is how I found the post linked on the first page. This was mentioned quite some time ago on how to spot legit vs clone. So to answer to your question, yes I did read his post, in fact it wasn't even needed to be read, I merely was pointing out a thread about gateway clones and Legitimacy and point out that chances are the OP card is a clone.
Seriously, I think the OP should contact the reseller, and see if they can either send a legit one or refund the money back.

Yeah, I do tend to post a lengthy reply, when not needed, but that just whom I am . Usually doesn't mean any harm or not intended to be rude. Also I agree that we have gone off topic . So to get back on topic: ultimately it is up to the OP to decide what he/she wants to do with the gateway.
There hopefully that back on topic enough.

The reason why these noobs take everything with a grain of salt is because they can't figure it themselves, they have to come to the forums and ask questions already been answered and guides provided, something goes wrong with hardware the don't email the reseller instead they decide to go on the forums and try to make them look bad.

A point needed to be made that he should've confirmed that the reseller was an official one and google searching would've yielded results on how to determine a fake.
