Ok I download a movie off the internet it is in AVI format what program is the best to burn that AVI MOVIE on to a DVD so I can watch it on my tv

If you mean convert to DVD video format and burn to a blank DVD. I use WinAVI it is pretty easy to use just make sure you choose the right format for your tv NTSC or PAL

I use WinAVI to make it vobs with DVD structure quickly, then use Nero Recode to burn it. Takes about 20 minutes total. You can get both of these programs for free from your nearest 'bay provider.

Bones, what systems do you have? Are you sure none of them can run AVI? Conversion time hurts.
