    Ok I download a movie off the internet it is in AVI format what program is the best to burn that AVI MOVIE on to a DVD so I can watch it on my tv

    I need three programs to burn a avi file on to a dvd so i can watch the movie on my dvd player ?

    I use WinAVI to make it vobs with DVD structure quickly, then use Nero Recode to burn it. Takes about 20 minutes total. You can get both of these programs for free from your nearest 'bay provider.

    Bones, what systems do you have? Are you sure none of them can run AVI? Conversion time hurts.

    Its not for me i dont have a DVD burner its for a friend of mines

    i think i will check out win AVI and see how that works thanks to everyone
