I don't think there's been a template update for about 2 years, so if it's not in the last template then you're out of luck.

Unfortunately you won't be able to play Pokemon US/UM on sky3ds as games from August 2015 onwards with some very few exceptions are AP-Patched to prevent usage with red/blue button sky3ds (you don't need a template for sky3ds+), so they won't work even if you manage to create a custom template for them so that DiskWriter allows you to write the game to the format used by the card
