WHAT I KNOW
- There is no known fix for this error, unless you region swapped EmuNAND.
- The eShop pops this message up with every region except Japan, where it tells me that my language
is incorrect and it will set it for me; this puts the eShop in a pop up -> restart loop.
- My 3DS is from the USA
- I have duplicate System titles that, when launched, show the "An error has occured"
screen
WHAT I'VE TRIED
- Setting the region back to the USA via HANS
- Clearing the eShop's save data
- Restoring my 3DS
Nothing I do seems to fix this error, and I am out of ideas to try. If anyone with knowledge about the 3DS would like to help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Edit: Forgot to mention I am using ARM9LoaderHax, SysNAND 10.7
