Hello i dont have the Japanese version of each dang game just Black and White
so how the heck can i train them when i dont have the japanese pokemon and when
i try to change the name it changes to ?????? and the name rater wont change the nickname

You need the real Japanese version for the PokeShifter? Interesting. Also, it's because your nickname IS ?????? in PokeSav. The Name Rater WILL NOT change your name, your OT, Secret ID, and/or Trainer ID are different and that's the reason why.
