Afraid I don't have a copy and it does not appear to be on filetrip either.

That said there is nothing it does you can't replicate with other tools.
Save for the batch functionality GBATA from http://www.no-intro.org/tools.htm will patch your games, trim them and otherwise do stuff to them.

There were various patching programs made more recently to use with the EZ4 like https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-ezgba-v0-1-0a-an-ez4-compatible-rom-patcher.395464/ and https://gbatemp.net/threads/an-alternative-to-ezclient-for-gba-roms-new-software.403636/ that might also help do what you want.
