Yes, it's still new though and doesn't have too many features but you can still do quite a few things with it

Honestly I've only had real success using BBM. Everything else always failed for me but I used the others when I was still noobish.
I've always used SOON! V2. With that installer it shows conver art so you don't need to look up the unique ID if you need to delete the .cia for any reason

Not really, it's a romhack of an old version of it, designed to work correctly when installed to SD (we didn't have decently converted DevMens that correctly installed to nand until this year, thank Apache Thunder and Rei)

It's not usually for exploits though, that's just here. Try googling the term master race and tell me at what page the first hit for exploits is. Even adding gbatemp to the search still gives you PC.

Second this, it even allows to have the brightness set as if you were having the charger atached, and even change the Screen saturation/contrast (can't remember what it is exactly, but it modifies the way the 3DS shows on-screen colors).

Set at higher brightness, and then plug the charger, you'll see the difference.
