basically I have a 2DS and have been chose the R4 however I don't know where is best to buy it.

need a valid site that won't give me some fake poop & will give me delivery by Monday/Tuesday that doesn't cost a ridiculous amount.
    Any help is appreciated.

You should buy a DSTWO. You probably want to order from England so I can't really help you there.

Well you'd be surprised to find If I buy from somewhere in England they charge ridiculous fees to get it to me in england... So anywhere that can get it to me quick would be cool

You may have better luck getting one from a USA based seller like RealHotStuff. The official Gateway website has a list of resellers that also sell DS flashcarts, but the only entry (that doesn't ship from Asia) only sells the Gateway and the other stuff is console related. :(

Real, Quick delivery, Not pricey. Choose two. ;)

Serious answer: most sites will charge an arm and leg to have it shipped out fast, and IIRC teensy.co.uk operated in the United kingdom and had good results. Haven't checked prices in a long time, so you'll have to confirm that.

I appreciate the help I just don't understand how a company based in the UK charges over £20 to send to somewhere in the UK lol. Ridiculous.

(Obviously taking advantage where they can)
Are there any forum posts I can look at so I can make an informed decision on which flashcart I should get?

Also, do any of the carts let me load up cheats for any of the carts I actually own, ergo pokemon X.

    All help is appreciated.

    -EDIT-
    checked and then read "WINNER?"

Not quite sure if this is what you're looking for, might be a problem with how I interpreted your post.

    http://gbatemp.net/threads/comparison-of-3ds-flash-carts-features-4-3-14.358243/

But I outlined all the different chips that exist that can play 3DS games on the 3DS. To be sure, Pokemon X does not operate on a standard DS flash cart. Please keep that in mind. Cheats do not exist for 3DS games yet unless you have the Datel Power saves adapter.

I did a little digging and the datel product didn't have the pokemon x cheats on its website but they are out on the interwebs apparently.

I guess I'll need the flash cart + cheat cartridge + either black1/2 or white1/2.

Appreciate the help, got a personal preference on cartridges?

    -edit-

checked the link and read the 'winner' part.

    -edit2-

"-With the news that 3DS consoles have been rendered inoperable due to clone device usage and modification of the launcher.dat, it is highly recommended to proceed with extreme caution or avoid purchases of said devices until more information is provided. [1/14/14 4:43PM PST]"

    What does this mean?

If you want fast, don't use Teensy. Still waiting on an order placed over a week ago and it doesn't look like it's coming either as their customer service is awful - no response to emails or enquiries. Avoid Teensy at all costs.
