Well, my Supercard finally messed up and I don't want to pay out anymore money for another one since I can't return mine. What's a good cheap cart that can play NDS and GBA games?

if you are going to use it on a 3ds/dsi then supercard dstwo is your best choice.
if you are not I'd reccomend acekard 2i+ any 2nd slot gba extension

No other flashcard can play GBA aside from the DSTWO, except for the iSMM, which is only about 2USD less than a DSTWO, and it has worse compatibility than a DSTWO and is updated less often.

Better than that would be the iSmart MM as the iPlayer cannot play NDS ROMs whereas the iSmart MM can (and thanks to iSmartLinux has access to lots of other functions as well). However the GBA emulation is no where near as good as the SCDS2 on both cards.

yep, though it doesn't play DS ROMs, so if you need that as well then iPlayer is not an option.
